宅配ボックスやポスト、インターホンなどの住宅建材を提供する、株式会社ナスタの東京本社オフィスのデザインを担当しました。
部門間のコミュニケーションをアップデートしたい──そんな想いから、オフィス移転プロジェクトは始まりました。
奥行きのある両面採光の物件を活かし、センター動線のレイアウトとすることで、
フリーアドレスエリア・固定席エリア共存する環境においても、「部門を超えたコミュニケーションが自然に生まれる場」を実現。
ナスタのコーポレートカラーであるブラックを基調とし、豊かな住宅環境を彷彿させるオーク材や植栽を用いることで、
同社の掲げる「住むを良く」というビジョンを、オフィス空間からも体感することができる場としています。

The office relocation project began with a simple ambition: to redefine communication across departments.
Taking advantage of the property’s deep floor plan and natural light from both sides, we introduced a central circulation layout that encourages movement and interaction throughout the space.
As a result, even within an environment where free-address areas and fixed seating coexist, the office naturally fosters communication beyond departmental boundaries.

The space is primarily composed around black, NASTA’s corporate color, while oak materials and abundant greenery evoke the warmth and richness of residential environments.
Through this approach, the office itself becomes a place where employees and visitors can physically experience the company’s vision: “Enhancing the way people live.”
